Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online, so if you do choose to respond to us by email instead of logging into the ticket system to check the ticket status, please be sure to leave the ticket number in the subject bar of your emails so that we can add your incoming emails to the right ticket.
